If your reservation is non-refundable, you will not be able to cancel it.
To modify or cancel your booking you can do so through the link sent to your email at the time of booking. You can also visit this link to modify your booking. IMPORTANT. • Non-refundable rate: The total amount will be charged at the time of the reservation. It won’t be refunded under any circumstances.
• Free cancellation / Standard rate *: You can cancel without any charges up to 48h prior to arrival.
• No show: In case of no show or late cancellation, the amount of the first night will be charged.

客室
Both mixed and single dorms are available. If you would like a single sex dorm room, please choose the right room. Please note that availability is subject to demand.
Red Nest has no rooms with bathrooms and is composed of communal single sex shared bathrooms.
Dorms range in size from 4 to 12 people in the Red Nest.
We do not have single rooms at this time, but a double room as single use may be arranged. Please email our staff with your request.
A dorm bed is a bed in a dormitory room, a room shared with other people. Dormitory beds are reserved on a per bed basis.
A double room is a private room for MAXIMUM two (2) people with a double bed.
“With Bath” means that the bathroom and shower are ensuite (in the room).
“Shared Bath” means that the communal bathrooms and showers are down the hall from your room.

No, our reception is open 24 hours a day, there is no curfew. There is no lock-out during the day.

Lockers are free, but you must bring your own padlock. Padlocks can also be rented for a symbolic price of 5€ at the hostel reception.
Yes, you may store your baggage with us for the day free of charge.
Yes, bed linen and blankets are included in the price. For sanitary reasons, sleeping bags are not permitted.
Yes, hot showers are available 24 hours a day at no charge to our guests.
Our helpful staff will be more than happy to indicate the most useful bus lines and metro stops.
We do not provide airport pick ups or drop offs. Public transportation to and from the airports is very cheap and very efficient. Please see the directions page for further details.
Have heating in every room for winter. Please note that the heating and airco is on timers in order to conserve energy.
Use of our fully equipped kitchen facilitie is free for our guests. The kitchen is open from 8h00 until 24h00.
Yes, we have free wifi throughout the hostel and computers with internet access.
We have washing machine and dryer in both Hostels, there are also lines to hang your clothes if you don’t want to use dryers.
Metered parking can be found (with much difficulty) on the streets. There are also a few paid parking garages nearby, which our staff will point out to you.
Yes, there are elevators in both hostels. At Red Nest there are 2 staircase areas. The entrance and the ascent to the 5th floor.

- 提供された情報が不正確または虚偽である場合、当社は予約を放棄またはキャンセルする権利を有する。
- 希望するサイズの寮に入居できるよう最大限の努力をする。ただし、ビジネスの性質上、異なるサイズのドミトリーをご用意する場合もある。その結果、ご到着時にお支払いいただく残金が、確認書に記載されている金額と若干異なる場合がある。
- 宿泊料金は到着時に支払う。

- ザ・ネストホステルの経営陣とスタッフは、行動基準が満たされていない場合、宿泊を拒否したり、予約終了前に宿泊を終了する権利を有する。
- 35歳以上のお客様には、ご滞在をより充実したものにするため、個室のご予約をお勧めする.
- ドミトリーのベッドを共有することはできない
- ベッドラインと毛布は料金に含まれている。
- ネスト・ホステルでは、ホステルについてご理解いただける方であれば、基本的にどなたでも歓迎。学生以外の旅行者、または18歳未満の旅行者は、予約の際にその旨を伝えること。
- 客室に損害が生じた場合、NEST HOUSE S.L.はその損害を直接クレジットカードに請求する権利を有する。

- バルコニーや窓際であっても、建物内のいかなる場所でも喫煙は禁止されている！
- 客室内でのアルコール飲料の消費は禁止されている。
- バルコニー、窓、ガラスパーティションにタオル、衣類、その他の物を掛けないこと。
- 言うまでもなく、違法薬物の摂取は厳禁である。
- 当ホステルで楽しい時間を過ごしていただきたいが、深夜12時以降は静かにしていただきたい。また、ホステルは他の方と共有していることを念頭に置いていただきたいので、施設や他の宿泊客に敬意を払っていただきたい。
- 当ホステルは、本規則に従わない場合、いかなる弁償もなしに、入館および退館させる権利を留保する。
