Is to take a taxi from the airport to the hostel.
This option is the most comfortable and direct, but also the most expensive.
It will cost you about 20 euros and you won’t have any adventure to tell your friends about.

How to get from Valencia North Station?

This is a question that many travellers ask themselves when they arrive in the city of Turia. There are several options to make this journey, but none of them is as fun as the one I’m going to tell you.

The first option
Is to take the metro from Xàtiva station, which is right next to Estación del Norte, to Colón station.
From there, you only have to walk about 10 minutes along the old Turia riverbed until you reach the Purple Nest Hostel Valencia, a youthful and colourful accommodation where you can meet people from all over the world.

The second option
Is to take a bus from the Estación del Norte to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
There you can get on another bus that will take you to Plaza de la Reina.
From there, you can walk through the historic centre of Valencia until you reach the Purple Nest Hostel Valencia, passing by emblematic places such as the Cathedral, the Central Market or the Serranos Towers.

The third option
Is the most adventurous and fun option. It consists of renting a bike at the Estación del Norte and pedalling through the streets of Valencia until you reach the Purple Nest Hostel Valencia.

The first option.
One option is to take the bus 80 from the bus station to Poeta Llorente Square, which is only 6 stops away.
Then, you can walk for about 50 meters until you reach the hostel.
This option is convenient and cheap, as the bus fare is only €2.
The second option. (Is Free)
Another option is to walk all the way from the bus station to the hostel, which takes about 20 minutes.
You can follow this route: exit the bus station and cross the road, turn left on Avenida Menéndez Pidal, turn right on Calle de la Paz, turn left on Calle de San Vicente Mártir, turn right on Plaza de la Reina, turn left on Calle del Mar, turn right on Calle del General Tovar and continue until you reach the hostel.
This option is free and scenic, as you can enjoy the sights of Valencia’s old town along the way.

This is a question that many travellers ask themselves when they visit the city of Turia. There are several options to make this journey, but none is as fun as the one I’m going to tell you about.

The first option.
Is to take bus number 4 from the Port to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
There, you will have to change to bus number 5 which will take you to Plaza de Tetuán.
From there, you only have to walk about 10 minutes to the Purple Nest Hostel Valencia, a youthful and colourful accommodation where you can meet people from all over the world.

The second option
Is to take a taxi from the Port to Purple Nest Hostel Valencia.
This option is faster and more comfortable, but also more expensive.
Besides, you will miss the opportunity to see some of the most emblematic monuments of Valencia, such as the Lonja de la Seda, the Central Market or the Cathedral.
The third option.
Is the most adventurous and fun option. It consists of renting a bicycle at the Port and riding along the old Turia riverbed until you reach the Parque de Cabecera.
There, you can enjoy nature and the attractions of the Bioparc, a zoo where animals live in semi-freedom. Afterwards, you will have to continue along the riverbed until you reach the Puente de las Flores, where you will have to cross to the other bank and continue along Almirante Cadarso street until you reach the Purple Nest Hostel Valencia.
This option is the longest and most tiring, but also the most fun and ecological.
You’ll be able to see Valencia from a different perspective and breathe the fresh air of the river.
Just watch out for ducks, squirrels and cyclists along the way.

You can buy several types of travel cards (Travel Cards), depending on the length of your stay in Valencia:
EMT buses cover almost all areas of the city and run every 10 to 20 minutes.
The price of a single ticket is 1.50€.
Individual Bonobus of 10 trips with a duration of 1 hour for each trip (buses only) € 9.
Bonometro for 10 trips, each trip is valid until you leave the Metro (that is, you can change lines) € 9.

  • Guests under the age of 18 can not stay in a shared room, unless all occupants are members of their travel group.

  • You must leave a deposit of € 5 for the key and € 5 for the towel (do not worry that upon check-out you will be returned when you give the key and the towel in the same conditions that were given to you).
