HOW DO I COME FROM THE BUS STATION?

– Get to Red Nest Hostel

Get to Red Nest hostel which is located on Calle la Paz Square, just a 5-minute walk from the city center, and is surrounded by restaurants, shops, and notable historical sites. The nearest public transportation stops are 50 meters away, while the train station is 1 kilometer distant.

You will get to Red Nest Hostel without difficulty if you follow these directions.

  • You will arrive without difficulty if you follow these directions. Take Carrer de Menéndez Pidal northeast from the bus station.
  • Carrer de Menéndez Pidal is on the left.
  • Carrer del Pare Ferrs is on the left.
  • At Pau-Bonaire, take bus 28 Mercat Central (6 stops) on the left.
  • You’ll find the Red Nest Hostel on the other side of the road.

The northern train station is only an 18-minute walk away.

You can also arrive by subway in just 10 minutes, indications:

  • After exiting North Station, look for the Xàtiva metro stop.
  • Take the metro to Rafelbunyol or Maritim Serreria; there are two lines available (3 or 5 – red or green). Colón is only one station away.
  • The metro runs from 5:30 am to 11 pm.
  • Carrer de Don Juan de Austria is located north of Placa dels Pinazos.
  • Carrer de Don Juan de Austria is on the left, and Carrer de les Monges de Santa Caterina is on the right.
  • The next stop is Carrer de Bonaire.
  • Carrer de la Pau is on the left.
  • On the left, you’ll see Red Nest Hostel Valencia, which is your destination.

HOW DO I COME FROM THE AIRPORT? – How to get a Red Nest Hostel

  • There are two metro lines that run in the direction of Rafelbunyol or Maritim Serreria (3 or 5, red or green). From 5:30 a.m. until 11 p.m., the metro runs.
  • You have to get off at Colón.
  • Carrer de Don Juan de Austria is located north of Placa dels Pinazos.
  • Carrer de Don Juan de Austria is on the left, and Carrer de les Monges de Santa Caterina is on the right.
  • Continue to Carrer de Bonaire.
  • Turn left to Carrer de la Pau.
  • On the left, you’ll see your destination. Valencia’s Red Nest Hostel.

HOW DO I COME FROM THE PORT OF VALENCIA?

  1. The best choice is to take a taxi, which will take 25 minutes. It takes 50 minutes to get there by public transportation:
    • Leave the dock and head to Parque Nazareth.
    • You will come upon a bus stop; wait for bus 4 to arrive.
    • Take the bus; there are 15 stops on the route.
    • Come to a halt on Calle de la Paz.
    • Take a left and cross the street.
    • You arrive at Red Nest Hostel Valencia, your final destination.

PARKING AND TICKET INFORMATION:

  • There are no parking fines or charges, so you can park on the street.

Depending on the length of your stay in Valencia, you can purchase one of various types of travel cards (Travel Cards):

  • Individual Bonobus of ten trips (buses only) with a period of one hour each € 9.
  • Bonometro for ten rides, each valid till you exit the Metro (i.e., you can change lines) € 9.
  • A Metrobus ticket is a combined Metro and Bus ticket that may be used on both the Metro and the Bus. (9 Euros)
  • If you require a bicycle, you may rent one at Our Youth Hostel for the lowest price in town.

The fine print

  • By regulation we are forced not to accept guests under 18 years if not accompanied by an adult.
  • Guests under the age of 18 can not stay in a shared room, unless all occupants are members of their travel group.
  • You must present a valid identity document or passport when checking in.
  • You must leave a deposit of € 5 for the key and € 5 for the towel (do not worry that upon check-out you will be returned when you give the key and the towel in the same conditions that were given to you).
  • For special reservations of more than 9 people, special group conditions will apply. We recommend you to contact directly with our group department through the following form. You must fill all the fields and send it. We will contact you as soon as possible.

  • Non refundable rate: The total amount will be charged at the time of the reservation. It won’t be refounded under any circunstances.
